What do Support Coordinators do?

What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?

Psychosocial recovery coaching is a supportive program designed to help those who are experiencing mental health challenges or emotional difficulties.

This type of coaching focuses on enhancing the individual's overall well-being by addressing both psychological and social factors that impact their recovery, through a person-centred approach.

By providing personalized support, coaches help clients set realistic goals and develop effective coping strategies, leading to improved emotional resilience and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The coaching process fosters a sense of empowerment, encouraging clients to take an active role in their recovery journey. This promotes holistic healing, equipping clients with the skills and confidence needed to navigate challenges and lead fulfilling lives.
